So, here they are. The photos- all un edited from the shoot- these are just some of the many.
I was using my Nikon D90, 18mm lens; and evidentially no neck strap.
It was a beautiful day out so the cast had no problem wearing t-shirts outside. Luckily we caught it right before the weather got good ol' Canadian winter ugly.
The Rivers are a young family. Full of life and enthusiasm. This is what makes the turn of events so shocking and devastating for them. With them, I took them around town and just had fun with the shadows of the day, the kids and the parents as well.
The top photo gives me the shivers. With Michael (the boy who is killed by the train) in black and blurry it just adds to the effects.
My actors quite enjoyed themselves.
